(ORAL) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Sub Divisional Officer (Judicial), District Barabanki to hear and decide the Case No. 11918 of 2018, Bhullan and another Vs. Babu Lal as expeditiously as possible.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid case has been pending before the Sub Divisional Officer since 2012 which relates to declaration under Section 229-B of U.P. Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act, 1952. The petitioner is old and wishes that his case may be decided during his life time.
Without entering into the merits of controversy, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party No.2 to consider and decide the pending case at the earliest, say within three months from the date of certified copy of this order is produced.
