JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Leave to correct the name of the petitioner.
To enable the State Government to give a further chance to come up with affidavit as to whether the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method is more effective than the existing method adopted by various hospitals, or regarding the claim of the petitioner that PCR method is more efficacious, let the matter appear on 18th September 2012.
State must come up with affidavit by Monday. Similar opportunity is also given to the Union of India, if it wants to so avail.
