In view of the development including the fact that except the appellant no.1, all Trustees have expired, necessary steps will have to be taken for such change in the record with the Charity Commissioner. However, learned counsel, Mr.Vakhariya stated that to put the records in order, he will inform Mr.Bhatt appearing for other side. Therefore, matter may be adjourned to sort out about the progress of the matter.
