Babubhai vs Ujamshibhai

In pursuance to the order passed earlier, learned counsel, Mr.Hardik Munshaw states that address of the respondent nos.6/1 has been given and, therefore, fresh notice may be issued to the respondent no.6/1. He has also stated that the respondent no.6/2, who is stated to have expired, has left only heirs i.e. the respondent no.6/1 and, therefore, the respondent no.6/1 may also be treated as the heirs of the respondent no.6/2.

In the circumstances, issue notice to the respondent no.6/1 returnable on 21 st February, 2012.

Direct service is permitted.
