Learned advocates for both the parties submit that they will not press for any reasoned order if the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as early as possible.
In view of the above, learned Third Additional Senior Civil Judge, Gandhinagar is hereby directed to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.214 of 2009 as early as possible, preferably within one year from the date of receipt of the order, without being influenced by this order or by the impugned order.
With the above direction, this appeal from order is disposed of. As the appeal from order is disposed of, civil application for stay does not survive and is disposed of accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
