JUDGMENT / ORDER

Respondent - Party­in­person is personally present in the Court. He has submitted that he is not able to engage advocate. This Court has asked him whether he wants services of advocate from legal aid Committee. Respondent - party­in­person has refused.
It seems that respondent - party­in­person is illiterate person.
In view of above, High Court Legal Aid Committee is directed to provide services of advocate to respondent - party­in­person.
Stand over to 27.12.2012.
