Limited relief sought for in this writ petition is for an early consideration of Ext.P2 application for temporary permit, submitted by the petitioner in the route Kanichukulangara – Aroor Temple, in the place of Ext.P1 temporary permit which expired on 17-06-2014. The application for temporary permit is seen dated 09-06-2014. If the respondent had received the said application, it is to be considered on merits and appropriate decision is to be taken. Interest of justice will be served by directing an early disposal of Ext.P2.
2. Therefore this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider Ext.P2 and to take an appropriate decision on the application for temporary permit, at the earliest, at any rate within a period of two 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
