The applicant-original accused of Sessions Case No.68 of 2009 for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code has filed present application through jail for temporary bail of 30 days on the ground of medical treatment of his wife.
Heard Mr.H.L.Jani, learned APP for the respondent State. Mr.Jani read jail report and pointed out that the applicant has enjoyed interim bail for 14 days from 15.10.2011 to 28.10.2011. Therefore, he has contended that temporary bail may not be granted to the present applicant.
From the contents of the application I do not find any substance in the case. Hence this application stands dismissed.
