Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State, learned counsel appearing for the complainant and perused the record.
The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 1588 of 2020, under Section 272 IPC and 60(2) of U.P. Excise Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, during pendency of trial.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A., and perusing the averments made in the present bail application as well as rejection order, this Court is of the opinion that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
Accordingly, the bail application filed on behalf of the applicant is hereby rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the present case and conclude the same, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
