1. Sri Kamal Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Anshul Tiwari, learned counsel on behalf of the accused person are present.
2. At present, the application u/s 482 is misconceived in view of specific remedy being available to the applicant under Section 407 Cr.P.C. with respect to transfer of the proceedings being sought.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant prays to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh.
4. Prayer granted.
5. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
