This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.773 of 2017 dated 22.05.2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Diabetic Patient and a senior citizen and therefore, he could S.BASKARAN, J nvsri not report before J.M.No.III, Vellore, daily at 10.30 a.m., for 30 days and sought to modify and to report before Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on the above submissions.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, dated 22.05.2017 is modified and the petitioner shall report before Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, daily at 10.30 a.m., for 15 days instead of 30 days. The other conditions imposed by the above said court shall stand unaltered.
5. The Crl.O.P., is disposed of with the above modification.
