The applicants have preferred the present contempt petition for non compliance of the judgment and order dated 29.9.2020 passed in Writ-A No. 7797 of 2020 (Babu & 2 others Vs. State of U.P. & 2 others).
Today, when the matter was taken up, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party. It is stated in the affidavit of compliance that order passed by the Writ-Court has been complied with. This fact has not been denied by the learned counsel for the applicants.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that order passed by the Writ-Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit and no further orders are required to be passed.
The present contempt petition is dismissed.
