JUDGMENT / ORDER

The main matter pertains to challenge to the order of termination dated 21/3/2002, whereby service of the petitioner came to be discontinued w.e.f. 21/3/2002. Many such similar matters are pending for hearing, hence, no priority can be given to the present applicant - original petitioner. It will be open for the applicant to move similar request after June, 2012.
With these observations, the application stands dismissed.
