Petitioner had submitted Ext.P2 application for revision of timings of his own vehicle in respect of the permits granted in his favour. The complaint is that the same has not been considered so far by the respondent authority. 2. Having regard to the factual circumstances involved in the matter and after having heard the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as follows:
The respondent shall consider Ext.P2 application and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
