Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This contempt application has been filed alleging that the opposite party has not complied with the order dated 09.11.2017 passed by this Court in Application U/S 482 No.36098 of 2017 (Babu Ram Vs. State of U.P. and 16 others).
Perusal of the aforesaid order dated 09.11.2017 shows that the court has directed to decide the case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of the order, if there is no legal impediment. As per own showing of the applicant, the certified copy of the order has been sent to the opposite party on 23.11.2017.
In view of the above noted facts, no case of contempt has been made out by the applicant against the opposite party at this stage.
With these observations, the contempt application is dismissed at this stage.
