Heard Sri Ram Samujh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Narendra Kumar Giri, learned counsel for the respondent no.3, learned standing counsel for the State and perused the record.
The petitioner is aggrieved by result of the election of office bearers of Cooperative Society named, New Golden City Sahkari Awas Samiti Limited, Lucknow. Earlier also, it appears that the jurisdiction of the Lucknow Bench was invoked by filing Writ Petition (M/B) No.15108 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that Rule-50 of the U.P. State Cooperative Society Election Rules, 2014, provides that if any party is aggrieved by the election of any office bearers of any Cooperative Society, then he may file an application under Section 70 of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act.
Be that as it may, as the matter appears to be cognizable by Lucknow Bench of this Court, let the record of this petition be transmitted to the Lucknow Bench of this Court.
The counsel for the parties shall be informed on transmission and receipt of the records.
