Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri H.N. Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Sunil Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the final judgement and order dated 21.01.2021 passed in Writ - A No. 15075 of 2020 (Babu Ram v. State of U.P. & another).
An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party no. 2. It is stated in the aforesaid affidavit of compliance. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the aforesaid affidavit of compliance that in pursuance of the order of the writ court, the representation filed by the applicant has been decided by Additional Chief Secretary vide order dated 16.09.2021. Copy of the order dated 16.09.2021 has been appended as annexure-1 to the affidavit of compliance.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
In case the applicant is still aggrieved, he may challenge the order dated 16.09.2021 before the appropriate forum.
