~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1439/2014 of Kattappana Police Station.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor reports that the Final Report has already been filed by the investigating officer, before the court below on 30.09.2014. Matters being so, the petitioner can approach the court below with an application for regular bail. If notice in advance is served on the Assistant Public Prosecutor in charge of the case, the court below shall dispose of the application on the date of its filing itself.
In the result, this bail application is disposed of as above.
