Heard Shri Mata Achal Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Pt. Sita Ram Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1 to 3.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking payment of benefit of Assured Career Progression in terms of the Government Order dated 07.02.2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received all his retiral dues except benefit of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.).
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with a direction to the respondent no.4, Chairman/Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Manjanpur, District Kaushambi to examine the matter with regard to the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is received in his office.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
