The controversy being raised in the present petition has been addressed in a bunch of writ petitions being leading Writ Petition No. 54923 of 2017 (Devki Nandan And 17 Others vs. State Of U.P. And 3 Others).
This Court is of the view that the petitioners being similarly situated are also entitled for the same directions.
The present writ petition is being disposed of in the same terms and directions as contained in the judgement and order dated 28.05.2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 54923 of 2017 (Devki Nandan And 17 Others vs. State Of U.P. And 3 Others).
