Heard Shri Vipin Kumar holding brief of Shri Rakesh Kumar Verma learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vimlesh Kumar Rai, learned counsel who has filed his power on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 5, Jal Nigam.
The case of the petitioner is that he retired from the service of respondents no. 2 to 5 on 31.03.2015. However, he has not been paid all his retiral dues. He has sent representations which have remained un- disposed of. A photocopy of the representation dated 11.12.2017 has been filed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition.
Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the writ petition being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the controversy, with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation with regard to all his dues to the respondent no. 5 (Executive Engineer U.P. Jal Nigam (Constructions Division), District Kaushambi) within a period of three weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. The respondent no. 5 shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
In case any dues are found admissible to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within one month from the date of passing of orders by the respondent no. 5.
