The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.03.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.3996 of 2021 (Babu Khan Vs. State of U.P. And Another).
Today when the matter was taken up, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party. It is stated in paragraph-5 of the aforesaid affidavit of compliance that pursuant to the order passed by the Writ Court a decision has already been taken by the opposite party on 07.09.2021, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed. However, in case applicant is still aggrieved it is open for the applicant to approach the authority concerned, if so advised.
