ORDER In the instant petitions, petitioners have sought for quashing of Notifications dated 06.02.2018 at Annexure- D in W.P. Nos.11182-11184/2018 and 12.02.2018 at Annexures-D and D1 in W.P. Nos.25579-80/2018 issued by respondent No.4.
2. During the pendency of the present petitions, the Chief Executive Officer, Bengaluru Zilla Panchayat, Bengaluru by its Notification dated 25.06.2019 has withdrawn the Notifications dated 06.02.2018 (wrongly cited as 06.02.2019 instead of 06.02.2018) and 12.02.2018.
3. In view of these developments, the present petitions do not survive for consideration. Accordingly, petitions stand disposed of.
