It is seen from the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5132 of 2016 that the accused was granted mandatory bail under Section 167(ii) Cr.P.C., on condition that he executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the likesum out of which one surety must be close relative and on further condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as cash security and

on further condition that he shall appear before the court on receipt of summons.
2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not comply with the bail conditions imposed in the order dated 15.09.2016 and prayed for modification of the condition in respect of cash deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- as cash security.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by order dated 15.09.2016 in respect of cash deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- as security is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall comply with the other conditions as imposed by order dated 15.09.2016 in respect of mandatory bail under Section 167(ii) Cr.P.C.
4. This Crl.O.P., is disposed of accordingly.
