1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 17.5.1989 passed by Sri T.S.Rana, VIIth Additional Munsif Magistrate, Moradabad in Criminal Case No.1455 of 1986, convicting revisionists under Section 25(1)(A) of Arms Act and sentencing them to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment as well as judgment and order dated 10.12.1991 passed by Sri R.D. Singh, IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Moradabad in Criminal Appeal No. 63 of 1989 dismissing appeal of revisionists against the aforesaid judgment.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. The accused, Baboo and Bakkar alias Vikar are on bail. Their bail bonds and surety bonds are cancelled. The Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned shall cause them to be arrested and lodge in jail to serve out the sentence passed against them. The compliance shall be prepared within two months.
7. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
