Hon'ble Pradeep Kumar Singh Baghel,J. Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J.
Ms. Archana Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that letter of intent has already been issued in favour of the respondents.
We find that public interest litigation is not appropriate remedy in this cause of action.
Accordingly, we declined to interfere in this public interest litigation.
Public Interest Litigation is, accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to adopt such remedy which is available in law.
This order shall not cause any prejudice to the case of the petitioner if the petitioner shall take recourse to such remedy, which is available under the law.
