Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to do fair and just investigation in F.I.R. dated 21.2.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 147, 384, 323, 382, 364-A and 506 I.P.C. Police Station Sachendi, District Kanpur Nagar.
Aforesaid prayer does not request any coercive action against the private respondents. Same is granted. Officer concerned/ police authority shall ensure that investigation in the aforesaid case is completed expeditiously in fair, just and impartial manner.
With the above observations, petition is partly allowed.
