This is an application under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (in short Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the further proceeding of the Case Crime No.278 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(10) SC/ST Act, Police Station Manglapur, District (Kanpur Dehat) Ram Bai Nagar and charge sheet dated 10.10.2017.
Sri B.G. Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
The same is not opposed by learned A.G.A.
As prayed, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photostat copy thereof, in accordance with the Rules.
