Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by applicants with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Complaint Case No. 118 of 2006 (Smt. Omwati Vs. Babloo and others) under Sections 498A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Babri, District- Muzaffarnagar pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 2, Muzaffarnagar.
Learned counsel for applicants submitted that he wants talk with the applicant.
From the perusal of order dated 31.05.2007, it is apparent that proceedings of Criminal Complaint Case No. 118 of 2006 (Smt. Omwati Vs. Babloo andn others) is not stayed by this Court but has been permitted to contest the case.
Accordingly, the instant application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
