Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the present application the applicant is challenging the order dated 15.03.2019 by which the applicant Babloo @ Ranjit was summoned in exercise of power under Section 319 Cr.P.C. under Sections 363, 366, 368 and 376 IPC.
In view of the above the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable, if the applicant so advised he may file revision, accordingly the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of this order to learned counsel for the applicant within 15 days.
