This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 3.3.2021 passed by Sessions Judge Rampur in S.T. No. 37 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 408 of 2018 under Sections 323, 324, 325, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Tanda, District- Rampur pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Rampur.
I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA. and have gone through the materials available on record carefully and I do not find any substance in the arguments advanced by learned Counsel for the applicant.
No interference is required by this Court.
This application stands disposed off accordingly.
