Petitioner is an employee of Moti Lal Nehru Smark Inter College, Ram Nagar, Baijabari, District Azamgarh. Petitioner's grievance is that though he has retired but his retiral benefits have not been released. In the writ petition the employer Moti Lal Nehru Smark Inter College, Ram Nagar, Baijabari, District Azamgarh has not been impleaded as party. In such circumstances, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
Dismissal of this petition would not preclude the petitioner from filing a fresh petition, after arraying necessary parties as respondents.
