Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the application under Section 323 Cr.P.C. filed before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 4th, Agra in the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1756 of 2018 (State Vs. Charan Singh), arising out of Case Crime No. 0163 of 2017, under Section 323, 324, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station - Shahganj, District Agra has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the applicant need not to press this application and it may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, this Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh application.
