Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant -convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to take care of the agriculture work and repairing the well over the agriculture land.
It appears that the convict has two sons who can take care of the agriculture work and also the repairing of the well.
Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Therefore, the application is not granted. Disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
