JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict seeking extension of temporary bail which was granted by this Court on 20th June 2012. The reason set out for extension of temporary bail is that, the agricultural operations for which temporary was granted, could not be completed on account of belated and scanty rains. Therefore, this application is made. The Court is not inclined to grant the same. Hence this application is rejected.
