Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Direct the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Khair, District Aligarh to decide Case No. T2016180201601 of 2016 inre; Baba Sant Guru Dev Sant Kripal Singh Ji Maharaj Versus Laxman Singh and others within a time bound programme and preferably within time span of one month."
The grievance of the petitioner is that a partition suit remanded to the trial court for fresh consideration in the year 2018 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 10/Sub Divisional Officer, Aligarh to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
