JUDGMENT / ORDER

The case is taken up through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes that he shall remove the defects pointed out by the Registry within a period of ten days of the withdrawal of lockdown restrictions.
By the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated 22.2.2021, passed by the O.P. No.2 Superintendent of Police, Bahraich.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the chargesheet has been served upon the petitioner on 16.3.2021. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case the inquiry pending against the petitioner is concluded within a reasonable time. Learned counsel standing counsel has no objection to the same.
In view thereof, it is directed that the O.P. No.3 Presiding Officer/Additional Superintendent of Police, Bahraich, the Inquiry Officer shall proceed and conclude the inquiry as expeditiously as possible say within three months from the date a printout copy of this order is placed before him.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
