By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have come to this Court levelling allegations against respondents No.4 and 5 that they are forcing the petitioners to work at brick kiln as bonded labourers. The petitioners did not want to work there yet undue force is being applied.
It is to be noted that no body can be forced to work as labourer. As such, if the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the aforesaid, they may present an application before respondent no.2 and in case such an application is presented, appropriate order be passed on that in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
