Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Ramakant Dubey, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking mandamus to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to take necessary steps for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioners.
In respect of the grievances, the petitioners have filed application dated 30.01.2018, annexure-2 to the writ petition before the respondent no.2, District Magistrate/Ziladhikari, Pilibhit, which is claimed to be pending since long. It is stated that the respondent no.2 be directed to dispose of the said representation of the petitioners within the time bound period, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, District Magistrate/Ziladhikari, Pilibhit to dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this order, in accordance to law.
