We, after hearing Sri Mohit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bhupeshwar Dayal for the authority, are of the view that ends of justice would be adequately met by providing that till such time the appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 27(2) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Authority, 1973 is not disposed of, no demolition shall be effected.
Ordered accordingly.
Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes not to seek any frivolous adjournments.
