Heard Sri Vimlendu Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.1-State and Ms.Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3.
On the basis of instructions received, Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that marks-sheets of the 4th as well as 5th semester for the L.L.B. course, which the petitioner is pursuing, have been provided to the petitioner. Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel further states that the petitioner shall be unconditionally permitted to appear in the 6th semester examination of the L.L.B. course.
Sri Vimlendu Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that the petitioner has received the marks-sheets of the 4th and 5th semester examination of the L.L.B. course.
In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent-University on the basis of instructions received, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
