(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel Mr.G.M.Joshi submitted and in fact insisted that the subject matter of Special Civil Application No.3022 of 2012 was not related to any election to any statutory body and the note pursuant to which this petition is ordered to be listed before the Division Bench has been circulated and considered without notice to him. He further submitted that the present petition is required to be listed before the appropriate court of learned Single Judge according to the roster. Learned counsel Mr.Mitul K.Shelat has no objection to the matters being listed before the SCA/3022/2012 2/2 ORDER appropriate court of learned Single Judge. Therefore, Registry is requested to look into the matters and list the petitions before the appropriate court after obtaining necessary orders of Honourable the Chief Justice as may be required.
