JUDGMENT / ORDER

The only prayer sought for in the writ petition is to give a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a transfer certificate of all the three children of the petitioner. It is seen that an interim order was passed on 25.05.2009, directing the 2nd respondent to issue transfer certificate of all the three children.
In the light of the interim order, I do not think any further order is necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the same is closed.
