Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused averments made in the first information report and rejection order.
Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A., considering the fact that the applicant is the mother-in-law of the deceased whose marriage was solemnized four months before the incident and the F.I.R. has been registered under Section 304-B I.P.C., without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant- Smt. Baby Rani involved in Case Crime No. 326 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Shahganj, District- Agra.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
However, the applicant will be at liberty to move regular bail application under section 439 Cr.P.C., if so advised.
