Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide Case No. 81 of 2014 (Baby Naaz Vs. Iqbal) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Khuldabad, District- Allahabad.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending for long and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, necessarily within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
