JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner applied for a regular permit, which was rejected for reason of scheme overlapping. The petitioner filed an appeal in which there was an order of remand, wherein it was also directed that the consideration would be made on the petitioner submitting a modified proposal. The petitioner has now submitted a modified proposal and seeks expeditious consideration of the same. The additional respondent KSRTC will also have to be heard when the application is considered since, the objection given in the earlier period was with respect to scheme overlap. Hence, the application shall be considered expeditiously, within a period of two months from today, after hearing the KSRTC. In the meanwhile, if there is no overlap of notified scheme, after hearing the KSRTC, temporary permit shall be granted for a period of four months. Writ petition is disposed of.
