Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take notice for respondents No.1 to 4. Notice to respondent No.5 is not ordered.
2. The petitioner is a government servant working in the Yalahanka Primary Health Center, Bengaluru. The petitioner is aggrieved because her application for request transfer has been rejected by the authorities.
3. Since the petitioner is a government servant, the petitioner is required to approach the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal to redress her grievances. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal, this writ petition is dismissed.
