Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

It is submitted that the impugned proceeding undertaken by respondent No.1 is nothing, but an abuse of process of law and harassment to the petitioner, who retired from service and who had performed duties in accordance with law and the grievances of respondent No.1 raised before various authorities including this Court came to be rejected.

Issue notice returnable on 28.6.2012.
