This Court while issuing notice had made clear order, whereby the respondent authorities were directed to explain why actual effect is not given to the orders dated 10.9.2007 and 7.7.2011. As such the matter was adjourned to 12.1.2012. The same is listed for further hearing today.
Today, Ms. Megha Chitaliya, learned AGP seeks further time to place affidavit in reply on record and seeks further time of two weeks. Considering the said request, time is granted to file the affidavit in compliance of the order dated 16.12.2011, till 1.2.2012.
