1. Mr.
Biren Vaishnav, learned advocate appearing for Mr. P.V.Hathi for the petitioner submits that the question involved in this petition is with regard to seniority of Lecturers working in Collegiate Branch of Mechanical Division of State Engineering College.
2. Though, the petitioner is informed time and again, he has not responded and, therefore, the matter may be disposed of. He, further, requested that liberty may be given to the petitioner in case of difficulty, to revive the petition.
3. In view of this factual aspect, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in case of difficulty. Rule is discharged.
